Privacy Policy for Chandra's GT (CGT) Mobile Application

Information We Collect

When you use the App, we collect the following information:

• Location Data: We collect your device's latitude and longitude coordinates when you record a golf shot. This location data is used to track the location of your shots on the golf course.
• Player ID: Upon your first installation of the App, we generate a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) that serves as your player ID. This UUID is stored in your iCloud account, allowing us to recognize you across multiple devices associated with the same iCloud account.

Data Storage

• Location Data: Your golf shot location data is stored on our secure services and is available using the CGT portal.
• Player ID: The UUID is stored in your personal iCloud storage. We do not directly access or store your iCloud data.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers to assist us in operating, maintaining, and improving the App. These providers will only have access to the information necessary to perform their services and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a court order or subpoena.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice within the App and/or email of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: You can view the location data you have recorded within the App.
• Delete your data: You can delete your recorded shot data within the App. Deleting the App from your device will also remove the locally stored shot data. However, the Player ID stored in your iCloud will persist until you remove the App's data from your iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete the information.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or by other means. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
